Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How can I make my number as a private number displayed while calling to someone

Hello,
dial #31# then the number you want to call, this will hide your number.
#31# is going to be the prefix... For example #31#01237474848....
I hope this is clear.
You can test it by calling a second line of yours to confirm if it works.
It is surely going to work, but if it doesn't, let me know so that I can give you the steps to disable it from your phone directly.
Good luck.

Help, call waiting stopped working people sent to answer machine

You have set automatic call diversion to your 'message bank' or answering service when your line is busy for a preset time which may allow you to pick up this second call.
Unless you know the prodecures to change your telephone line options (which may be on the internet or via telephone key pad sequences), talk to your friendly telephone company help desk and ask them to reset your default to what you wish to do.
Hope it helps!

The Intercomm Turns on by itself

There is nothing wrong with your phone. The person or persons calling you are doing a voice call.

Voice call basically pages the phone, to talk to you.

If you want to diasble this, you would need to take that button off the phones. There are other ways, but they involve more programming.

you need to immediately! call your carrier and report it lost or stolen.

this may keep you from having a huge cell phone bill if someone happens to find it and call his best friends cousin that so happens to live in china and talk for twenty hours.

remember when you call them make sure you have all the information ready for them your name, social, phone number, phone model ECT

Inter-tel ECX 1000

You definitely can do this with a ECX feature set if you program the lines on the keys. You've got to program "Button Hopping" off in the system this automatically puts the first call on system hold when you press the line key for the second incoming call.
I don't think there's a limit to how many you can have on hold.
