Fault with my Laptop Acer 5610 series

Hi


Actually hav got an Acer aspire 5613 AWLMi laptop from Saudia Arabia (Madina Al Munawara). Now I am facing a problem with regards to its recovery. As i can understand it has a perloaded vista in it, so as to get a format & a fresh copy instaled on it, doing all the requird option cant get it done. So cud ya pleez help me out with that.

Are you trying to install the operating system over again, or do you simply want to format and re-install another operating system.

Do you want to install another operating system and keep the recovery information on the computer in case the new operating system doesn't work?

I need a little more info.

what can't u do ? it doesn;t let u to install another windows ... ? i don't understand...

If you hit f10 at bo0t it will access the recovery mode.
