Hoover wind tunnel platinum not sucking. How do I unclog it

You have to take the bottom plate off and remove the roller, from there you should be able to see or find the clog ! Be careful putting it all back together, the screws can strip the holes very easily.
Good luck!

Mine sucks because it DOESN'T ****.

First check that the dial on the side of your steamer is set to carpet for carpet and tools for tools, I know this is simple.

Now make sure that the water tank is down properly. Sometimes the little rubber seals on the bottom of the water take pulls off and gets stuck in the base of the machine. Make sure you have the rubber seals on the bottom of the tank before you put the water tank onto the machine.

Remove the 2 screws on the bottom of the steamer, that holds the center panel on. (Not the screws that hold the whole bottom.) Use a needle the clear the steam holes. Soak the panel in white vinegar for a couple of hours and scrub with aa brush to remove the lime calcium deposits. Check the center hole that goes into the steam and make sure it is clear. Reattach the panel. If the panel does not fit snuggly (either end does not contact the base panel, add two more screws about an inch in from either side. I used stainless steal screws because of the consist moisture. Used screws that are no more than 3/4 on an inch long and about the same diameter as the two you removed.

Wet vacuum not sucking up water

Usually when these units don't pick up the water, there is a seal or gasket missing or out of place. But you have a years warranty on this, maybe you should take it to a warrenty shop and have it checked.

Steam cleaner

Most upright steam cleaners like Hoover and Bissell, you put in the hot water, bissell does have a heater, but it only helps get the hot water a alittle hotter. But a model number would help.
