While I am not fully knowledgeable about your tablet, many need sufficent memory before an update can be preformed. I would make sure you have the proper space requirements.

My tablet will not connect on message it also says wrong password

Try and restart the tablet.
Check if the internet connection is stable.
Update any firmware or apps that need updating.
Also, try to clear our WiFi data in the tablet and reboot the modem/router.
Hope this helps!

I don't know how to update yo iOS 8.0

To update you will need:
1 iOS tablet (iPad, etc)
1 wifi internet connection
1 power source

1. power on your tablet device.
2. connect to the wifi internet connection.
A. Open settings
B. Open general
C. Select "software update"
You should now see what update is available. If you are below iOS 7, you will need to update to version 7 to be able to see iOS 8 as available on some devices.
3. Locate iOS 8.x.x (on my tablet it is 8.1.3 as I wrote this)
Make sure your tablet is plugged into a power source (you don't want it to lose power while updating)
4. Under the iOS update you want to install, select "install now" "download now" or "download and install"
5. Select "agree" when presented with the terms and conditions

You should see your device "downloading update" or "verifying update"

I have seen occasions where it will download but will not install until the process is repeated. (On one device I had to "install now" 3 times because the update failed to download or failed to install.

Sounds like your wifi is turned off. Go to your wifi settings and make sure its on. This is a common mistake for most of tablet users.

Try this first....on the tablet go to settings and wifi.let it scan for your known router.once found do not try to connect but look for the arrow on right to try and set dchp etc.you should see a message somewhere on the page " Forget this network" click on it , rescan wifi again.this time your router will ask for the password.re input before timeout and it should be good to go.

I can not connect to the internet with my zeepad. I bought both of my daughters the same model tablet and they can get on the internet with their tablets.

Most tablets connect to the internet through WIFI. Only a few can use SIM card to connect through 3G or 4G data connection. For WIFI connection, you must have a WIFI router at home. You will normally password-protect the WIFI rounter. To connect the tablet to the internet through the WIFI-router that is in operation, you will configure its WIFI settings to match the router's password. This will be done by going to tablet's Setting, turn on WIFI, click on your router in the list of detected routers, enter the password when prompted. Ensure that Connected is shown against your router. You can then browse the internet.

I dis a factory reset on my Proscan 8 PLT8235G tablet. Now, I can't install or update any apps. What do I do to fix this?

Not being able to update any apps simply means either you don't have access to the internet or that your apps update is programmed to function ONLY when you are connected to/through WiFi.

second, you can download standalone 'raw' apk files online and install on your tab.

Remember to go into your Settings---Security (and under Device administration, check 'Unknown sources' and activate 'allow installation of apps from unknown sources'.
Done.

This is safe.

Post update or feedback please

Not connecting

Go to setting>general>network and reset your network settings. This only takes about 30 seconds. When you reconnect to wifi, everything should be fine. Good luck!

Wifi for my Tablet

Thank you for the Video, this made it much easier for me to determine the problem. You are correct, you have WiFi, this is not the problem, the problem is with the Tablet's WiFi Service which is freezing, thus not causing you to access WiFi.

Have you installed any new software lately? Something has broken the WiFi software on your Tablet. If you installed a new App recently, remove it to see if that new App broke your WiFi software on your Tablet. If you have not installed anything new on the Tablet maybe the manufacture downloaded an update that broke the WiFi on the Tablet. If you recently received an Software update from the manufature, let perform a Factory Resetr on the tablet to fix the issue.
