I have the same microwave. As far as I can tell the inverter went out to the first one. I now have two and use the first one as spare parts. But that said I tried to use the new inverter in the old oven and is didn't work. so I had to be leave the problem could be the control board.

I would suggest pulling the control board out and looking on the foil side (opposite the component side) for "ring cracks," most likely on the low voltage transformer's connections.

The board may have the screen-printed reference designator "T1" near the low voltage transformer.

Also be sure the fuse is not easy to turn with your fingertips when it is in the holder. If it is, the fuse holder is too loose and must be replaced (not just squeezed with pliers).

You can order a fuse holder, part number WB06X10034 for $6.49 (subject to change) from the Pros here.

If you have any keypad issues, please note that the membrane keypads for this model have long been discontinued.

Why mirowave je2160f01 doesnt heat the food

This is usually caused from a bad magnetron. The door interlock switches couls be bad or the high voltage diode could be bad.

Mirowave wont start

I assume from your description that you can set power and time but nothing kicks in when you press start?? This could be a control panel fault but may be a problem with the door lock/switches. Check that the spring on the door hooks is ok, just lift it up and check it returns to down position by itself. If the microswitches do not make properly when the door is closed the m/w will not start because it assumes the door is open. A microwave (even when switched off) can be storing a high voltage so unless you are trained I would suggest you get an expert to take a look. BSH is Neff service division 0844 872 8999, they offer a one off repair plan, which covers your first repair and then any further repairs for a year. You can pay monthly by DD to spread the cost. (This may be age related so as yours m/w is nearly 10years old, it may not be eligible).
Hope this helps.

see this causes and fix it. God bless you
If the microwave runs for a few seconds and stops the thermostat might be defective. Watch our video on testing thermostats.
If the microwave runs for a few seconds and stops the thermoprotector may have tripped. This is a safety device to prevent the microwave from overheating. It can be tested for continuity to see if it's blown.
If the microwave runs for a few seconds and stops the high voltage transformer might have an intermittent short. This is not common. Check other components related to the microwave symptom first.
If the microwave runs for a few seconds and stops the touchpad might be at fault. This is not common. Generally speaking, if the dishwasher display is working and some of the buttons respond correctly but some don't, the problem is with the touchpad.
If the microwave runs for a few seconds and stops the touchpad and control panel might be defective. There are several other components that can cause this problem, be sure to check any other components before replacing this board.
If the microwave runs for a few seconds and stops there may be a short circuit in the main control board. Check other components first, these boards are often misdiagnosed.
If the microwave runs for a few seconds and then shuts off, a door switch might have failed intermittently. Check each of the door switches for any signs of overheating, arcing, or burning. Also check each of them for continuity. Replace any of the switches that is visibly damaged or that only has continuity intermittently.

The oven is not heating up but everything else is working. What is the problem

More than likely the Magnatron has gone bad. this is the device that atcually creates the micro waves that create the heat. They go bad after several years of use. They can be replaced but mirowave ovens are generally cheap enough to get a new on instead of repairing the old one.

The oven will not work. I checked the fuses and they are good.

Is this a dead mirowave or semi dead. the display works, light works in the oven when door opens.
If this is the case... you may have a power supply board failure or the magnatron is defective
Check the power supply first, because it would be cheaper to repair then the magnatron

I have GE mirowave The lights works and the turntable works. The fuse seem to be ok and all the capacitors or ok. I don't have a wireing diagram. Can you help? thanks

Any unusual noises? Is it louder or quieter than usual?

Here are some links you or someone you know can use for test help, but read their safety warnings first:

http://www.microtechfactoryservice.com/cap_test.html
http://www.microtechfactoryservice.com/diode.html
http://www.microtechfactoryservice.com/mag_test.html
http://www.microtechfactoryservice.com/xformer.html

There
should also be a "mini-manual" hidden inside the unit behind the
control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is
very helpful when troubleshooting & testing.

You can usually find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number here.

We\'re happy to help you with free advice and we\'d appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.
