What can i do to my laptop asus x551m got water poured allover it and the keyboard what do i do pls?

i have the some problem with my asus x80l, it won't turn on when i press the power button but it does when i tried to press another button and then it has a very dim display

An upside down image - this is caused by unintentionalpressing Ctrl-Alt plus the down arrow key. Restore by pressing Ctrl-Alt plus the up arrow key. ALSO To change the display from portrait to landscape Press Ctrl-Alt plus a left or right arrow key.

this may work for you

start up pressing the F8 key along with the power up key

then if it goes into repair optionstry the last known good configuration option
windows should then restart and try to go back to when all was good

In order for the AC adapter to work the battery must be in good condition, why? Because the system runs of battery the AC adapter just keeps the battery charged up while in use, if the battery is open or defective the computer will not run on just the AC adapter.
