I assume you are using Internet Explorer, so look at the toolbar just about the webpage and find "Tools", Click on it and you will get a drop down. Look for "Internet Options" at the very bottom. Choose it and a box will come up. In the Browsing History section, click on the "Delete" button. This will eliminate cookies from previous visits and allow you to start fresh.
