Sounds like your braking system is damged or your ABS sensor is faulty.

94 mazda mpv ABS light is flashing 15 times then pause. over and over. can somebody tell me what this means?

Turn your key to the on posistion, and wait to see if the "ABS" light starts to flash. If not, There should be a gray single pin connector on the driver side fenderwall. Unhook that and jump the grey/white side to a ground momentarily when it is grounded then the ground broken the light should start flashing. either way, these are the codes--

(2,3,4,)-Hydraulic unit

(6)-Ring gear speed sensor

(7,8,)-Hydraulic unit

(9.10)-Ring gear speed sensor

(11)-Stoplight switch

(13,14,15)-Control unit

There are flow charts for all of these. This is just a place to start.

I hope this helps Thanks Rod

Abs lights flash on and off

It means there is a problem with the anti-lock brake system! could be moisture in connections! Unless you're experienced with this system, you might consider taking it to a certified mechanic for repair!

Abs light 95 thunderbird

Lights that stay on after car starts is of concern. Its common for most lights check engine, oil, etc to be on preignition. If air bag system (ABS) were to stay on, you would want to get it checked out because it basically means if you were to get in a fender bender it probably is not going to deploy due to attention needed with malfunction.

P2106 - Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) System - Forced Limited Power Description: The TAC system is in the failure mode effects management (FMEM) mode of forced limited power. This DTC indicates the FMEM action is in effect due to a failure in an electronic throttle control (ETC) related component or module. Possible Causes:
  • Unplugged motor, circuits shorted to power.
  • TAC motor open, unplugged motor, circuits shorted to power.
  • TAC motor stuck open or closed.
  • Mass air flow (MAF) sensor fault.
  • Throttle position (TP) sensor fault.
  • Module communications network concerns.
  • Manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor fault (Vehicles with an EGR system module [ESM]).
  • Output shaft speed (OSS) sensor fault (Crown Victoria, Expedition, Explorer, F-150 4.6L and 5.4L, Grand Marquis, LS, Mountaineer, Mustang 4.6L automatic, Thunderbird, Town Car).
  • Turbine shaft speed (TSS) sensor fault (Crown Victoria, Expedition, Explorer, F-150 4.6L and 5.4L, Grand Marquis, LS, Mountaineer, Mustang 4.6L automatic, Thunderbird, Town Car).
  • Anti-lock brake system (ABS) fault (Crown Victoria, Expedition, Explorer, F-150 4.6L and 5.4L, Grand Marquis, LS, Mountaineer, Mustang 4.6L automatic, Thunderbird, Town Car).
Diagnostic Aids: This DTC is an informational DTC and can be set in combination with a number of other DTCs which are causing the FMEM. Diagnose any accompanying powertrain DTCs first. For Crown Victoria, Expedition, Explorer, F-150 4.6L and 5.4L, Grand Marquis, LS, Mustang 4.6L automatic, Thunderbird, and Town Car with only P2106, repair any ABS DTCs, ABS related DTCs in other modules or vehicle communication concerns using the appropriate section of the Workshop Manual. My 94 ford thunderbird will sputter and die when i first start it, and will do it when idling at stoplights, the check engine light will also randomly come on. I've checked the oil and transmissio

check your mass airflow sensor,( located on the air intake line, probably close to where it hooks onto the front of the car on driver side ,should be a square box with wires plugged into it) take intake hose off and spray filiment wire with brake cleaner to clean,do not touch wire with tools or hands it will break very easily ,let dry and replace hose and see if that helps.

I have a 2002 ford thunderbird with abs light, brake light and trac control lighting on what could this be?

Hi you may have a broken abs sensor worn or damaged. if you check the sensors by unplugging them at the wheel arches then test them with a multimeter on the ohms setting you should get a reading but you should find the correct parameters first to ensure the readings are ok for your type of sensor.
