Very possible that the defrost heater is burned out. Unplug and remove the rear wall in back of the freezer. If frozen over defrost with a hair dryer or let a bucket of hot water sit inside the freezer for a while. After defrost we need to inspect the WR51X10038 or 880036 Defrost Heater to see if it's burned out. If yes the you will need to replace the heater. If we find nothing wrong inside the freezer then we need to have a look at the mother control board. I will help you go through these test if you want, Let me know what you find, Thanks, Sea Breeze
