Question about Canon LBP-6650DN Laser Printer Printers
The printer is unable to find paper when there is paper in every available feeder slots. when i pull out the tray half way, the printer is able to find, but it cant print since the tray is not closed. why?

Further to this, the sensors can give way. Try soldering or pushing the two connections together. If you need to test, you will have to put the lid back on but you can leave the sensor out of the rinter by draping between the cover and the frame of the putput tray (be careful not to pinch it. AAMOF I leave my sensor out as even though I've pinched it together it has a habit of coming undone.

Check the "Feed Switch" button on the control panel (below the ON/OFF button) to be sure the green light at the back of the picture is lit. If not, try pushing the button and then printing again. It worked for me and it was so simple!
