My John Deere x320 forward pedal sticks

I have ran into this before. It's time consuming to fix. You have to pull the body of the mower loose and take the pedal completely apart. Clean it and grease it then put it back on, it will work fine then. They need to put grease fittings on those pedals.

How to change a pulley on a John Deere 48 c mower deck

You must remove the deck from under the mower by removing all clips and connectors to the main mower under body. There are 3 small bolts attaching each pully wheel to the deck body. If you are lucky the bolts will remove correctly. I recommend that you use a liquid wrench product on the bolts. The new pully should have grease fittings which the factory units do not. Also the bolts cut in to the metal holes if removed bolts came out cleanly. You may have to drill out the broken bolts then screw in the new ones. Make sure you grease the new pulleys. I replaced all three rather than wait. The original ones did not have grease fittings and they will wear in two..

Do the gy21098 spindles for my La145 lawn mower deck come pre greased or do I need to add grease after installing

When changing spindles I always add at least 7 or 8 pumps of grease from the grease gun. Usually John Deere does not ship anything with grease. Daniel.

I bought 135A used without the owners manual. He told me I need to greese it, maybe each time I use it. Please help me get a free owner's manual so I don't ruin this machine. I paid 950$ for it.

The only thing that would probably need greasing are the spindles on the front wheels. There should be grease (zerk) fittings on the outside of the wheel axles inside the wheel itself. Not greasing them won't kill your mower. Of course, the manual has ALL the lubrication points listed in a chart in it.
John Deere makes it a little challenging to get a manual, but you have the specs and here is the link. I think you can order a paper version , but this link is to download an electronic version for free. The printed version will cost you.
