My Scarlet pimpernel Dipladenia sanderil some of the leaves have big brown stains in the middle of the leaves why is that

hi Yvonneduchen.
Blooming mandevillas need moist soil that drains well enough to prevent standing water. Too much water can choke the roots so they don't feed the plant adequately. This can cause the leaves to turn yellow. Conversely, too little water can be deadly, starting with yellow leaves that turn brown and drop off the plant.

Leaves curl under and become deformed and yellowish. Aphids are tiny, oval, and yellowish to greenish pear-shaped insects that colonize on the undersides of leaves. They leave behind sticky honeydew. Spray away aphids with a blast of water. Use insecticidal soap.
Leaves turn pale green, yellow, or brown; dusty silver webs on undersides of leaves and between vines. Spider mites suck plant juices causing stippling. Spray with water or use insecticidal soap. Ladybugs and lacewings eat mites.
