Question about Electrolux 25.9 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Stainless-Steel
Posted by Anonymous on
Good Afternoon Friend,
I understand that the panel is dark on your Electrolux refrigerator. I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your homes circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. When you restore power to your refrigerator, if the panel is still dark, I recommend contacting your local authorized technician. Hope this is helpful.

Good Morning Colin Humphries, thanks for your inquiry!
I see that you are having difficulties with your freezer settings on your Electrolux refrigerator. It could be a miscommunication within your control panel and I would suggest resetting your refrigerator. You can do that by unplugging the power cord for roughly ten minutes. If that does not help correct your issue you may need to have a technician out to your home to diagnosis and replace electrical components on your refrigerator. Hopefully this information is helpful. -Matt

Hello friend, thanks for your inquiry!
I see that you would like to know how to adjust the temperature within your Electrolux refrigerator, EI23CS55GS1. To adjust the temperature you would use the control panel on the front of the freezer door. There should be a "-"or "+" near the freezer temperature control and that is how you would adjust the temperature within your refrigerator. Be sure to check and make sure that the control lock is not on or you will not be able to adjust the temperature. Any adjustments made within the refrigerator need at least 24 hours to stabilize. I hope this is has been helpful. -Matt

Hello friend, thank you for your post!
Based off the information you are describing it sounds like your control panel is locked. Can you check to see if the control lock is lit up? If so, please hold down the control lock button for 3 seconds and it should allow you to operate the front panel. If not you could be experiencing a problem within your control panel and may need to have a professional come out to diagnose it. I hope this helps. -Matt
