Question about Computers & Internet
My motherboard is writing two numbers: W263661-w63-22-07-36 and W263661-w63-x-06 and that's all !!! I want to know how can I find the site of the company who constructed this motherboard please !!... or what is the whole name of this motherboard....
The Motherboard model is displayed on the screen for only a moment.
When you first turn on your computer while it's counting is memory, at the bottom left side of the screen you will see a date and a number, similar to the ones you have.
On my computer this is what I get:
My Motherboard is a CUV4X, Search that in Google and the rest of the information can be discyphered from that.
I recomend searching for only one of the portions of the display at a time, One will come up with Motherboard Results.
WIndows does have a way to block this screen from being visible when the computer first starts up, so you may not get the glimpse of this information, but if you do, it will be only for a second or two, so you will have to get a video, picture or pause the machine for a moment to be able to read what it says.
The Pause button is close to the Home key on the keyboard, hit it when the memory is counting, then press Enter to resume the boot sequence.
