yes you can change the font tray to print the printer internal setting tray that press and hold any key by tarn the printer off then on after you tarn the printer on release the key

have you check the white cable? (from the printer head to the
mainboard) .If the white cable is ok and you confirm that the
printer head is fine, then the problem is at the mainboard.
most problems like this that i had encountered is at the transistor
at the mainboard. Try to check it out using a multitester.

1. Create a folder on your C drive and name the folder "Epson"
2. Download the driver and save it in the Epson folder that you created
3. Open the folder, and run the executable file if there is one.
4. If no executable file, then click on add a printer, and follow the prompts
