Blower resistor wiring sometimes overheats and melts the connectors attached to it. Check these first. Resistor is usually attached to heater box.

Panasonic TC-P50VT25 1 yr 3 month old powers off after 30 secs blinks 11 times pauses blinks 11 times and continues

The issue suggests either no voltage to that fan or it is bad--most of these all fans are powered from the same source.

I have seen this before---try swapping fans if they are identical--if another where you swap it now does not work--fan is bad.

Usually we (in the shop) if find this change all three fans.

The indoor fan or the outdoor fan? If it is the indoor fan the thermostat may be wired incorrectly or shorted. If the red wire and green wire in your thermostat maintain contact, the indoor fan will run all the time.

Noise some times and fans dont work some times

99 out of a hundred times - when the fan motor on a window unit 'makes noise and works intermittedly,' you have a bad fan motor which will require replacing.

Sounds as if the fan motor's bearings are making noise - which - would account for the fan working only part time. The reason being is that the 'bearing noise' you are hearing - is a result of the bearings being wore out - thus it causes the fan motor to heat up and 'go off' - on the internal overload' which is built into the fan motor.

Like I said above - most commonly the 'fix' is to replace the motor.

4 times blinking means Fan stopped, power is not supplied on Fan 1, Fan 2 Fan 3 and at Fan 4. Or Fan connector is not attached securely. Cleaning these fans by using a vacuum cleaner can also solve your problem. Sometimes these fans are clogged by dust.
