Where does the soap go

That varies by washer. Check the owner's manual.

If you're referring to the steam cleaner, those don't use any kind of soap or detergent.

Not enough water VOLUME and pressure to supply the pump with a steady flow of water. Water is cavatating (adding air to the water) and the piston is heating up and jambing. Try using a larger size hose diameter and a shorter hose to supply the pump.

The cleaning solution is not spraying out of my pressure washer.

On pressure washers with cleaning solution pick-up hoses you have to make sure you are using the black, low pressure, soap tip. If you are using the high pressure tips, red, yellow, white or green, there will be too much back pressure at the pick-up tube for it to work properly. If you are using the soap tip, check that the pick-up tube and filter are clean.

I have a PW1600 Power washer. the High pressure hose connector is cracked. Can that be replaced? AND if so how do you remove it from the gun and hosing.

I don't know what brand it is, but in general the hoses can be replaced. There are fittings and hoses available. the fitting for most PW's are interchangeable. try looking at stuff here. (they do not necessarily have the best prices or stuff they just have good pictures) http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/category_pressure-washers+pressure-washer-accessories

WIULL NOT PICK UP SOAP FROM CONTAINER

There could be a block in the syphon hose going from the soap reservior to the sprayer. Take the hose off and blow through it to make sure the the hose is clear. If the hose has a scrren/filter on it make sur that is clean also. Where the hose attaches to the sprayer make sure the orifice is clean and not plugger up with scum or other debri.

High pressure hose connection blew up. Fix? or buy new?

Yes take it to napa auto parts and they can cut and attach a new end which are for hydraulics. They are crimped on and meant to hold very very high pressure. I used to use a pressure washer everyday for a living and it was a tractor rental/repair shop and we used the hydraulic fitting machine on the power washer hose all the time so rest assured.
