Question about Dell Inspiron 1300 Notebook

That could be 2 different things 1-- the lcd cable might not be seated properly and the other is your video chip might being going bad I have the same issue on my Toshiba laptop and I know is no the lcd cable or my memory sticks so my video chip is going bad sooner or later im just not going to get any video on my screen
