This is a door error, following the list of diagnostics, check the area around the door to make sure there is nothing preventing it from closing securely. If there is nothing, try unplugging the washer then holding the start/ pause button for 3-5seconds. If that doesn't work listen for when the washer starts, if you hear the door attempt to lock two times when you press start, it probably is a faulty door switch. Simply take off the metal ring around the seal, (there should be a spring on the bottom) then pull back the seal/ gasket where the door connects to reveal the the start switch. From the outside remove the two screws holding it in place, then unplug the the start switch by pressing down the tab holding it to its connection. Now you can try and test the switch by using an ohm meter to see if the connections are good, but it most likely is out if you hear the two clicks. Test points 2 to 4 and the ohm meter should read between 750-1500 ohms, points 3-4 should be 70-90 ohms (though I could never get that reading on old or new switches). If when you replace the old switch with a new one which should cost you between 30-50$ and it still doesn't work, look at the connections in the wire plug and make sure they are ok, and double check the door latch. If none of those seem to be the problem it is mostl likely a problem with your PCB board and there should be a video on YouTube to see how to replace and check that, replacing that will cost you between $100-160.

BLINKING BUTTONS OF DE2 AFTER REFILLING After refilling water to the boiler of the machine. automatic buttons blink. indicating No. 3 at the board.

Machine is not able to get water fast enough, there might be a blockage in the inlet solenoid or the filter, and the safety is turning of the machine, because it is not at operating pressure, that is the only thing that comes to mind.

2004 sony wega 37'' plasma tv not turning on.

You most likely have a power supply problem. but the problem may not be the actual power supply. The drive cicuits for the plasma panel can load down the power supply and give you the symptoms that you are having. Without being able to be there and take voltage measurements, I'm afraid I can't narrow it down more than that. My first suspect is that one or more of the sustain boards (the boards that drive the plasma panel) have failed. That would explain the lack of display. It is likely one of 3 boards that has failed, PSU (power supply) logic (the main control board for the set) or DE2 (panel drive board). There is a chance that the panel itself is bad, but that is not the most likely cause of your problem
