We have a RC-1260Bi Rain Bird Timer. It is advancing automatically in the zone but not from zone to zone. Any idea?

When on auto mode, the system just keeps repeating the zones.

I don't feel you can repair system by yourself. Excuse me if you can; so do it.
You should take it to an authorized Rain Bird repair service. Look for it on some listing they might have given you when you bought your stuff or contact them from here:

Rain Bird RC-1260bi. Why has it stopped working?

Maybe the spring cleaning dislodged some gunk that clogged it.

Rain bird rc 1260bi how do you hook up two 1260bi with one master valve

While it may burn out the RC-1260bi or master valve, you can attempt to wire the master valve in parallel with the two controllers. Wire the two white/org wires to one lead on the valve and the two white wires to the other lead. This way when either control calls for water, the valve should open.
The issues are:
-- if the switch on the "idle" controller can backfeed (read: fried circuit board).
-- if the controllers are on separate power supplies and the master valve receives two 24v sources burning out the solenoid in the master valve.

The proper way is to connect the controller wires to a Relay and then the relay controls the actual flow of power to the master valve or get

Rainbird RC-Bi timer issue

Copy following link to identify sprinkler & irrigation timers on market, and buy another one.
Install heavy-duty mechanical timer.
Replace sprinkler head
Check that voltage is at least 80% amount that shows on rating plate of timer. ie: 80% x 125V = 100Volts

Okay, then you answered your own question. I like it! However, did you test the wire to see if it will start a different valve and vise versa?

Rain Bird sprinkler timer blowing fuses

Disconnect all zone wires and see if timer blows fuses. If not, one of the zone valves is drawing too much amperage.
