Check your wheels under the vacuum. If they roll freely, you probably need to rotate your brush, or replace it. When you take the base plate off, look at the bearing blocks on the brush. What you are looking for is to see if there are several "hash" marks or just one "hash" mark. If you see several, that is the new setting and you need to rotate it until you see just one and put it back in. If you see just one, you probably need to replace it. Hope this helps!
