Question about Mozilla Firefox
When firefox starts get message: icuuc52.dll missing reinstall to fix. Have reinstalled twice still have same problem. Why?

Icuuc52.dll is the dynamic link library "International Components for Unicode", which is part of the ICU Project. It's a common file used by a number of different programs.
Do a search of your computer, you may already have a copy of it somewhere in a different program folder (Rather than downloading it from some dodgy website). If you find it copy and paste it into the C:\windows\system32 folder then run Firefox and it should run.
if you don't have a copy of the DLL then you will need to get one form a friend or you can download it form this site which I have checked for you. Ignore all the spam and click the big grey button that says "DOWNLOAD ZIP FILE" on the middle right side of the page. This will download a zip file that contains a text file (Spam) and the DLL you need. There is no malware or viruses (at this time) in the zip file.

To set the homepage, follow the instructions below:
Click on TOOLS on the menu bar at the top of your FIREFOX window, then click on OPTIONS.
You should be under the Main tab, and then locate the Home Page and type whatever home page you want it to be set. Apply the changes.
To reinstall, you need to go to the Add/Remove section of your control panel if you are using Windows. Download the latest version of Firefox and then run the executable file or the installer. It comes with a wizard so you should be able to follow it correctly.

Do the control atl. del. thing see if part of it is running. If you can't find it that way, Boot to safe Mode and try to install. Next and last you may have some Mal-ware in the cache keeping things from being un-installed. Try a program called Malwearbytes and scan the folder. It is a free program, it is a very good program.
