First get into service mode. Utility/Counter then meter count then check details. Then Stop 00 stop 01. Counters. Clear Drum and Developer. Then touch end do not exit all the way out of service mode. Turn off the machine using the main on/off rear of machine left hand side. Then remove the image cart. and replace the drum and developer. then turn machine on reenter service mode. Run F-8 found under Function. Do not print copy or allow fax to print before this is done. Or you will have to replace the developer again. My bizhub 250 said the drum needed to be replaced, which i did, however the printing is so light and the machine still says to replace the drum. What am I missing?

The drum counter must be reset by using the service mode. But that is not your bigger issue here. The drum section is part of the Imaging Unit. When you change the drum section you are also suppose to change the developer (starter) in the developer section. So when you reset the drum count this also "resets" the atdc (automatic toner density control) ratio which must be recalibrated using the F8 mode. The 2 are tied together. You can try doing F8 without replacing the developer but this is just asking for trouble. Just resetting the drum count will mean you have at least a 50% chance of getting a COF32 code which is an atdc sensor failure because of the ratio mis-match that will occur.
You either need to find Imaging Unit rebuilding instructions or have a service tech come out and take care of this properly.

Change PC Drum Message on Bizhub362.How do you resset this message?

You are going to need to call your service company and have them replace the drum unit for you. Don't listen to anyone that gives you the service mode entry procedure and drum count reset. This WILL screw up the AIDC (Automatic Image Density Control) and the machine will shut down with a COF32 code. There is a very specific procedure which must be followed when replacing/resetting the drum counter on these machines as there are several "counts" that are tied together. Trust me on this as a 27 year Minolta Tech, spend the money and have the drum unit replaced. They are good for 100,000 copies so even tho it may cost some money to do. Divide that cost by 100,000 pages and it gets pretty cheap.
