Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

It appears that there are no defined sellers of replacement parts for the entire "discovery kids" product line. On the upside, this tent is available from MANY closeout product companies and on Ebay.
(Side note:) If your kids love this type of indoor play, and you have to purchase parts or a new tent, consider purchasing a Playhut system, which is nearly indestructible (in my opinion - I had 4 daughters try to destroy one), and parts are readily available.
Hope this info was helpful.

This seems to be a common problem with this tent and walmart although they do sell the tent do not list any way of getting replacement parts for the tent as you can see by clicking this link http://reviews.walmart.com/1336/12536428/discovery-kids-2-piece-play-tent-reviews/reviews.htm I would suggest that you take the tent back and try to get a replacement of the tent this as it seems is a very poorly made tent and has numerous issues with breakage of various parts throughout the tent and whereas if you contact customer service at walmart to get a replacement piece and they actually do provide you with the manufacturers information which they do not list on this model you would have similar issues with other parts in the future. You can also click this link to contact kohls customer service as well there is only a 30 day warranty on this tent http://www.kohlscorporation.com/customer_service/ContactUs/Contactus.html#ONE if you have any further questions message me back Thanks again Rick

Remove the tent and poles from the packaging. Select an indoor area with a high ceiling or an outdoor area without overhead obstacles. The poles are not excessively long but they will be difficult to assemble without space.
Lay the Princess tent with the floor on the ground. Pull on each corner to tighten the floor. Assemble the two tent poles by inserting the male sections into the metal ferrules.
Slide one pole through each of the diagonal sleeves. Place the end of each pole in the fabric pockets on the corners. This will flex the poles and raise the tent body.
Place the fabric roof on top of the tent. Attach the hooks on each corner of the roof to the loops on the top of the pole sleeves. The roof fabric will stretch tight and cover the ventilation gap in the tent ceiling.
