Question about Computers & Internet
I have a Medion desk top and dongle but the wifi dongle seems to have a problem both in picking up the wifi and in its strength. All my other devices have a strong wifi signal. Should I try getting another dongle???

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Try moving the computer closer to the router or place the router up high and move the antenaes around. Check to make sure there is no interference with anything such as cordless phones, etc. You can also go into the configuration by entering 192.168.1.1 into your web browser and change the channel that the wireless broadcasts on. I would recommend channel 9 because by default everything is set to channel 6. After you configure reboot the router and the computer.
Hope this helps!
