Question about Refrigerators
The icemaker in my trig drips into the icebucket and freezes all the ice into a block. How can I fix it?

Are you sure about these temps C or F? At 2 deg on either scale, food would freeze! And -23 is unreachable.
Water running down the door sounds like a seal leak, check by putting a dollar bill between the seal and the frame. It should NOT pull out easily. Or there may be an air leak in the ice/water dispenser. Look at these parts closely. Or the "stile heater", a heater in the door frame to prevent condensation, may be broke. This is expensive to fix.

sounds like the ice or water actuator or paddle is broken. purchase a new paddle and replace it.
the reason you have leak is because you have warm air entering through the broken part into the freezer.
can you provide me with the model # and i will send you a part breakdown.

Your unit has infered sensors on the frezzer left and right walls. There is a diagnostic test sheet brown in color in your kick plate. All you have to do is open frezzer door look on the right sensor it should blink twice followed by a 1-2 sec delay,if that is good press in flapper door on right sensor do not block path of infered beam you will not see a beam its invisable.Once you hold in flapper on right sensor the led should be solid. If solid optics are good if not solid led replace optic sensors

Either the inlet valve is stuck or the icemaker solenoid is shored.
Most likely the second one.
