If you phone the remote helpline they can program it over the phone in seconds you just need to give them the equipment name and model

Universal remotes are never guaranteed. They must send the proper signal to the device you are trying use. This is done by changing signals via codes that are preset. There are remotes such as the " Pronto " made by philips. An expensive universal remote however it can open your garage, turn on a fire place that and anything else that is connected in your house using IR to be remotely operated.
