Somehow you have to get that pipe coming back through the wall of the shower.
There is a pipe with threads on it that the nozzle threads onto.
Once you can get that pipe back through the shower wall you can thread the steam nozzle back on.
If the steam nozzle has been replaced onto the threaded pipe you can trouble shoot your steamer as to why there is no steam coming out.

Most modern multi function shower heads cannot be disassembled. Spray water into the outlet part to remove larger bits, then leave in vinegar and water solution (50:50) overnight to remove calcium build up.

Hello, i use citric acid on my swimming pool (plastic) stains caused from hard water, both rain and bore, i managed to get some from Bunnings (in Australia) but have been told you can also get it from supermarkets.

it is full of lime and scale from mineral deposits.
either chip it away to clean or remove and replace the spout with a new one which is the easiest thing to do instead
