This is definitely the correct gasket for your model. The new style of gaskets do have that hold-in strip that needs to be (for lack of a technical term...) Smooshed into the door frame. It'll fit, but it does take a little pressure!

How do i change the door so it opens from the right

Check the top and bottom of your fridge door at the furthest edge from the hinge. Do you see a plastic plug/insert, usually round that looks like they can be levered out with a thin blade? These cover holes that a hinge pin can be inserted into. At the hinge side (top and bottom in the same position as the aforementioned plug/insert) is where the hinge is attached to the door. If you remove the hinges from the fridge they should then come away from the door and you can swap them over to the other side and replace the plug/insert in the holes left where the hinge pins were originally fitted. The door should then be fitted to the other side of the fridge in holes similarly covered by a cap that you put in the holes left where the hinge was fixed.
I hope that makes sense, because I've just read it and confused myself I think.. ;)

Replacement water filter won't stay in place.

I too had this problem...the metal tabs in the filter housing need to be bent in toward the center to hold the new filter tighter...I also filed the tabs that rest on the spings down a bit to lessen the tension. So far so good!

Fridge slime

If you look inside the fridge, you will see a drip catch unit under the frosting plate or if its frost free, lower rear, you will see a catch lip with a hole in it, remove the insert in the hole and flush with bleach, clear the insert and push a long soft plastic rod through that hole till it is visible out the outley drain in the back. Problem will be solved as the drain is blocked. Russ.
Email me if you cant understan instructions or need more help. Hope I helped in some way.

Hello- I have an older 24'' CS 1350 Liebherr fridge. Water continually collects on the floor of the fridge part sometimes leaking into the plastic veggie bins. Anyone know what's wrong?

The problem is that the drainage of the compartment of the frezzer is covered this provokes that the water of descarche of the freezer deslize for the wall of the fund of the fridge up to the compartment of the vegetables.
*solution removes the covering of the evaporating one with the disconnected icebox and hechale warm water for the drainage and with a wire it uncovers the same one until the water falls down in the salver located in the later part of the icebox.

note: to realize this work you need to have knowledge if you are not a capable favor of using the services of a specializing technician

Freezer door is accumulating frost inside it at the very top. Frost build up has been occcuring for 7to 10 days and we have been removing it periodically. Freezer purchased on 6-23-05. The gasket appears...

The gasket is not sealing correctly and is allowing warm air to meet cold air just below the seal.

Get someone with more skill to fit a new gasket , preferably one made by the original manufacturer , which should fit unlike some of the parts made by third party suppliers

ISO refrigerator door handle

Your original repairman must have looked up a similar model without the snack door. The handle of couse would have also been listed, but this is difficult since A. You do not give your model number and B. (maybe not as bad) we don't know what model number he used when he ordered your door(s). Please list the complete model number of your refrig. (from sticker inside fresh food compartment) and I'll try to help.

look at the door gasket, look underneath the gasket and you can see how it is attached. either with a clip or the plastic itself is the one holding the gasket. unscrew all screws holding the gasket, order a new one and install backwards. if there is no screw, there is a grouve in the plastic wall where you can insert the gasket. just slowly pull the gasket and push the new gasket in to the grouve.
