Question about Computers & Internet
I can not check my account due to not knowing the last 4 digits of the serial number....my phone reads that it is 5603...but that is not working. My boyfriend bought me more time on a walmart card and put in the info but can't find where it has been added.. This was for me. This was done yesterday. His name is Roger Stultz that bought the card for me. My tracfone number is 614-381-8823. I'm lost.....pls help !!! thank you

You do have to have an account to check out.
So 1. Sign up for a free account. It allows access to all of the Walmart website, not just the music.
2. Go to the music "store" and select your tunes
3. On the Menu bar there is a "redeem" choice, click that
4. You should be on a page that asks for the code on your card, enter that code exactly as it is on the card
5. When you hit enter, it comes up with the same page (slightly confusing) but you do not have to enter your code again, look near the bottom of the screen and you should have the options to continue shopping or go to check out.
6. If you're done, go to check out, if not go back to shopping and finish selecting your tunes.
I just redeemed 11 songs off a 15 song card. No charges, no problems.

It appears you have done all reasonable things that you could try ... if TracFone is your service provider, call them back and have then help you with a hard reset of your phone. If they are not able to do this ... ask them to refer you to the manufacturer and ask for the same hard reset. If they are not able to help you with this ... ask for a replacement handset from both/either the manufacturer or the carrier. If they can't help you with this, ask to be set free of any obligatgory contract you may have and get another phone with a different carrier..
If none of this works ... call the State (or other agency) Consumer Protection office in your area and/or the BBB. I am presuming you live in USA.
