Question about Miele M625EG Convection Microwave Oven
Impossible to say what the problem is but if the turntable has stopped you could check the turntable motor. This is easily accessed from the bottom of the unit but you have to actually break the sheet metal tabs that retain it in place and replace using the screws only.

the owner's manual doesn't cover it and there's no obvious cover
on the side or rear, you'll have to remove the outer wrapper.

Often on a unit whose bulb is not meant to be replaced by the customer, the light is located on the right side in the air duct attached to the magnetron or on the top of the oven cavity.
Most bulbs can be matched up at hardware stores, home improvement centers, and places like Wal-Mart or even large grocery stores.
