1: Have switched off power and water : No good. 2: Checked screen on tap end of supply hose, cleaned and retried : No good. 3:Filled bottom section of compartment with Hot water and retried to see if drain hose was blocked, water pumped out into a bucket OK. 4:When power button is switched off and back on the programme is displayed on screen for about 5-10 seconds and then changes to F3 and the pump at the bottom starts to work for a small period of time before it stops. Is there anything else I can check before calling in a Tech?

SOURCE: Dishwasher will not start

Check the drain pan area under the dishwasher, if it full of water it will trip a float switch and run the drain pump until the water evaporates or is removed by a shop vac.

SOURCE: What is causing the drain pump to continue running

C1 - Partially Blocked Drain - This error will occur when dishwasher was unable to pump out water in less than 95 seconds. Check drain line for debris and blockage. If clear, check for a restricted drain valve in the pump. Check the pressure sensor for correct operation as it sounds like it may be defective and thinks that the machine is still full of water after it has emptied.

SOURCE: Miele G 7856 Commercial Dishwasher

Hi. The above machine stops mid cycle and drain/fill light is on, also error code F3E, have cleaned both hot and cold water inlet filters, also checked drain pump and drain line, all ok. Machine drains with no issues and fills with hot water, runs for a while then shuts down.
Any ideas?

LG Washing machine IE error code Solutions

An IE error code will appear if the washer has not filled with water in approximately 8 minutes.

Are the water valves opened completely?

If an IE error code appears on the washer, check to make sure both hot and cold-water taps are open completely. After both valves have been opened, unplug the washer for 10 seconds and retry the wash cycle.

Are the inlet hose filters clogged?

There are filters on the inlet hose connections of the washing machine. They are intended to filter away mineral deposits from hard water and other debris from getting into the unit. If clogged, water will not flow through these filters into the washer. Turn off both the hot and cold water taps, disconnect the inlet hoses from the back of the washing machine, and clean the inlet filters gently but thoroughly.

Are the inlet hoses attached properly?

If the inlet hoses are not attached to the machine correctly, it will prevent proper water flow to the washer. Turn off the hot and cold water supply then disconnect and reconnect the inlet hoses. Ensure that they are threaded properly. After the hoses have been reconnected, open the water taps completely, check for leaks, and unplug the washer for 10 seconds and retry the wash cycle.

NOTE: The inlet filters are inside the hose connections on the back of the washer. Because of their small size, take care when removing and cleaning the inlet filters so that they do not break.

My ifb dishwasher show F5 and could not complete it's cycle

If your IFB dishwasher is a Neptune DX model, Error code F5 according to the owners manual is "Inadequate water supply"

F5

Inadequate water supply • Make sure the water input tap is totally open and that there is no water cut.
• Close the water input tap, separate the water input hose from the tap and clean the filter at
the connection end of the hose.
• Restart your machine, contact the service if the error resumes.

Model #110.49962600 water fills agates will not spin

And the code is!? Gee I hate when that happens! OK look at these:
F1--Water supply/low water fill.
o 1. Check water supply to machine.
o 2. Replace water inlet valve.
• F2--Water level too high.
o 1. Plugged/Bad water pump.
o 2. Faulty water valve.
• F3--Pump problem.
o 1. Check pump trap and clean.
I go with the last one..Common, then the pump is bad then the valve. But You didn't tell Us!

Keep getting a E4 Code

This E4 Phenomena means "no water":
No or slow water fill (not
reaching the full level in 15 min),
therby computer sends display message "E4"
Reasons:
1) The house water tap is not open, or
2) This is the most common E4 reason- The water inlet valve (that the hose is connected to) is blocked.
3) The water pressure is too low and the flow is too weak.
Solutions;
1) Open the water tap, then push the START/PAUSE button again.
2) Clean the water inlet valve. Shut off house water supply on the wall then, unscrew (lefty loosy) each hose from the house and the machine and look for a screen and clean the junk away from the screens. You may have 1 or 2 screens depending on the hose there may be 1 screen where the hose connects to the house and another screen inside the machine valve. Then, return hoses and turn on the water pressure again, Then push the START/PAUSE button again.
3) Wait for the normal water pressure to return to the house before use.

Washer will spin but not fill with water nor agitate....

Machine must have full tub to agitate, so lack of water is likely causing that. Step 1: Unplug machine. Next turn off the water supply at the taps behind the machine. With pliers loosen (about 1/2 turn each) both hose ends at the machine connection. If one or both hoses do not relax, but instead spray water continuously STOP retighten them and let me know. If hoses do relax finish removing them. Where they attach is the inlet water valve. There are screens at the ends of that valve that can become clogged with lime and other debris. If they are covered with crud clean them with a toothbrush. If not look at the supply hose ends and the hose itself. Lime will also build up in the hose ends and can severely affect water flow. Put the hose ends over a bucket or the tub of the machine and turn on water supply to check pressure coming from the hoses. If you've got good pressure and the screens are clean you likely will need a new inlet watervalve. Before purchasing one you should be sure and check the wire connections at the valve. Make sure you've unplugged the machine then wiggle the connectors around and make sure they are seated properly. Then try the operation again. If still no water the valve is surely bad. Let me know.

Hello there and thank you for choosing fixya

Hope this all helps

HE3t has an FH error code checked the following and are OK. pressure switch, flow meter, and inlet valves water flows in without restriction. What else could it be? Craig

Hi,

Thank you for contacting fixya.com.

FH error code means low water inflow. In this error washer is not filling when the fill valve opens.
To clear the error please follow the bellow instructions:-
Press the "Stop" button twice with your finger. This cancels the cycle and stops the washer. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.Turn the water shut off valves clockwise to stop the water flow to the washer through the supply hoses. Pull the washer away from the wall enough that you can access the hose connections at the back of the washer.

Set a bucket under the area of the hose connections. Unscrew the hose connections from the back of the washer. If necessary, use a pair of slip joint pliers to help start the connections turning until you can turn them by hand. Set the ends of the hoses inside the bucket.Inspect the screens on the inlet ports on the back of the washer where the hoses connect. Sediment and other debris can block these screens, causing fill problems. Clean the screen with an old toothbrush.

Thread the hoses back onto the washer. Look for kinks in the hoses. Kinks cut off water supply to the washer which causes the FH error code. Once you connect the hoses, turn the water supply valves counter-clockwise to supply water to the washer. Move the bucket away from the washer and push the washer back into its working position.Plug the power cord back into the outlet and start the wash cycle again. If the FH error code comes up again, call a service repairman. If the hoses have no kinks and the inlet screens are clean, there is a problem with either the pressure switch or the flow meter.

Please get back to us if you have further query else please accept the suggestion.

LG WM2277HW washer not filling with water

I own the same washer. First see if you are getting the "IU" or any other error code. I would do the following

1) Check to make sure the water supply valve, where the hoses connect (just bear with me!) is on. hoses should be "stiff" with water pressure.
2) Check for a link in the hoses which may be blocking water flow
3) Unplug the machine
4) Remove the water supply hoses at the machine end.
5) Remove the plastic orange and blue "screens" and check for blockage
6) Clean and reinstall screens and hoses, make certain all connections are tight
7) Turn on water supply.
8) put load in washer and turn on the run normal cycle
9) Listen for the water valves to open. If you down hear valve opening, it could be a bad valve
10 Check washer to see if water is entering
11) If none of these solves the issue..call for service.

Good Luck!

Whirlpool duet washer model: GHW9200LQ 1-2 minutes into the washing cycle washer shows error code HF.....there is water in the washer.....checked faucets....checked hose for leaks..I had to use the spin...

Hi,

I found this in when I looked it up.

F/H No water detected entering machine or Pressure switch trip not detected.

If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine and then valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed. - or -
If the control has turned the water valves on and after 8 minutes the flow meter has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it, but has not detected the pressure switch trip, the valves will be turned off and the error code will flash.
Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
If there is no water in the unit:
1. Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way.
2. Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves
3. Verify inlet valve operation
If there is water in the unit:
1. Verify Drain pump operation
2. Pressure Switch Hose is in good condition and properly connected to Tub and Pressure switch
Verify there is not a siphon problem
Verify wire harness connections to:Inlet Valves, Pressure Switch, Drain Pump, Flow Meter, and Central Control Unit (CCU)
Check all hoses for possible leaks
Verify pressure switch operation
Verify flow meter operation
Verify CCU operati
