Programming MTS2000

I have several MTS2000 radios which are in very good condtion and work well, but the previous owner did not blank the encription protocal. All channels work but they will not connect to a network as the encryption keys are bad. I would like to know how to blank out the encryption key requirement and just use them on a single channel (1) (a) for ease of use. These were previously owned by a police department and all 16 channels have been programmed. I have the programming cable but no software. I do have the software for the XTS5000R but it is not compatible.

I plan to use these on mobile job sites which requires coordination between equipment operators and workers on the ground. I do not want to use them with a repeater or on a network. I just want to use them as stand-alone on a single channel.
