SOURCE: What kind of SSD uses the Samsung X360 notebook.

This is the specification of the SS hard disk this laptop uses.

The X360 also features the option of an ultra-fast and reliable 128GB Solid State Drive (SSD)*, which significantly enhances performance compared to a typical hard disk drive (HDD), with a boot time that is 25-50 percent faster and data access times that are 300 percent faster (53 MB/s) for reading and 150 percent faster (28 MB/s) for writing.

Bought used. hard drive has unknown password. How to bypass password on hard drive?

If it is a SSD hard drive the only living soul in the universe who can help you is the one who sold it to you (or maybe the NSA). There is no way to reset, delete or bypass an SSD password.
Else, be more specific.

My TOSHIBA LAPTOP SAT#L505-S5990 shows HDD#1SSD #1User Password.

Up to my knowledge, you really have some problem here. Is that password yours or did you buy this SSD drive used?
I understand that SSD password only can be removed by a Master password and only provider has accesss to this master password. So if you have a receipt of your purchase, you should contact original provider (i.e. if it's a Samsung drive, with Samsung distribuitor) explan and prove your situation and they should remove tha password with their master password.

Check my answer, actually I've never encountered this situation just remember the case of a friend who bought a used SSD and had this problem

How can I transfer programs to new computer from samsun 900x with a broken power port and a dead battery? S

OK, remove the hard drive, buy a hard drive to USB lead on ebay.
Plug into a new computer run Belarc advisor http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html, this will read the whole computer and your hard drive and give the serial and codes. Once you have this you can re install the programs with the correct password and serial numbers

How can I set up my Samsung SSD 256 GB hard drives

First of all, does the Motherboard support RAID? If so, you may need to get into the RAID BIOS and set it up. Make sure there's no critical data on the drive(s) you are mirroring or striping! Some systems have a GUI RAID utility as well for setting up the drive(s). Depending on the size of the drive(s) you're using it can take a while for the setup to complete.

How to load new ssd for eee pc

By SSD I assume you are refering to a Solid State Drive to replace your existing hard drive. If this is the case you need to install the drive and then boot off the CD that came with your computer and reinstall the operating system. Note that all you old info will still be on the original hard drive but you can still access it by purchasing a 2.5 inch USB hard drive enclosure. When you plug it into a USB port it will be detected as a second hard drive.
