Question about Universal NoiseHush N500 Bluetooth Blk and Charcoal
Droid Razr M/4.1.2 + NoiseHush N500 My Bluetooth will not properly power on. This device is already paired to my phone, and has previously worked. Nothing has changed on the phone since the last time I used it. Now, it will not power on. However, when I plug it into my computer using its original usb power cord, the RED light comes on for about 3 seconds, then switches to solid BLUE indefinitely. The unit will not respond to pressing or holding any buttons, in either a plugged or unplugged state. My phone shows no sign of error, and believes it is connected to this device, with the Bluetooth service switched to ON. I have never connected any other Bluetooth devices to this phone, therefore it is not otherwise paired. Please help! Is there a secret RESET button somewhere? Is it just busted, or is it salvageable? Thanks!
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You are not alone in this endeavor. A lot of people have this problem. So, here is what I suggest. 1. Make sure both the headset and the phone are fully charged. 2. Delete the "device" from your phone. I mean precisely that. Go into you cell phone's bluetooth settings and erase your "HS850" from it. 3. Try re-pairing it. Put the phone and the headset in pairing mode and allow it to sync. This should do it. I always works for me. You usually only need to pair once and every time you use the headset all you should have to do is connect it. I hope this works for you. Good Luck.

Usually to pair a new device like that, there would be some trick to set it up. Im not familiar with your exact model, however ive had success with holding some buttons in.
Usually you would hold down the power button, or perhaps the volume up and down together, hold them down for a few secs and the light will go blue/red/blue/red to show its in pairing mode.

Previously connected, but fails to send/response eventhough Bluetooth says it is. Putting the H700 on the charger, seems to reset the H700 to get it ready to pairing. After reseting Razor phone which H700 is on charger did the trick. Use the same technique that other used to hold the talk button while boom is closed and flip open holding talk button down. Run through the menus to bond.

SOURCE: Pairing H710 to a computer
Here's what I did - Go to Control Panel and search for Bluetooth settings. Choose the option to change Bluetooth settings and check the "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer." After successful pairing, uncheck this box. All is good.
