Try cleaning the filter, or check the water flow. It's sensing not enough water flow through your system.

SOURCE: My pool heater will not start. The power light is off and the pressure sw is lit.

You must turn on the pump and let water circulate through the pool and the heater before you turn on the heater otherwise you will ruin the heater

SOURCE: Only the pressure sw light

The indicator light means your pressure switch is not closing therefore the heater will not fire. It can be as simple as cleaning your filter to clear the error and get the heater running again. If the filter cleaning still doesn't solve the issue then the switch itself has likely failed and needs to be replaced. Jump the lead wires coming to it to verify the switch is bad. If the wires jumped together gets the heater going, replace the switch.

The only way to correctly diagnose what is going on is to have a diagnostic scan done, sounds like the pcm has gone into 'limp home' mode which restricts power to prevent damage to the powertrain

if pressure switch does not light that means no pressure either water flow or a bad pressure switch you can jump the wires on the pressure switch but be very carefull if it does start make sure it does not bang or make noises
