Question about Hannspree HANNS-G 19" Widescreen Monitor
If it says so....it indicates that the display card is gone bad. check with the display card...
or try inserting New Graphic card or PCI VGA card... works for sure....

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Sounds a bit bland but either the monitor has failed or the video card
Only test is to plug your monitor into another system and see if it comes to life
If it does then your video card has expired.
If it is part of the motherboard then the easiest option is to buy a replacement which plugs into the AGP slot
They are dirt cheap unless you are into gaming when the sky's the limit
