You can try the following: 1# Check the main power cable & make sure it has 110V (Do not run the machine with long extension cable).2# Check all harness connection.3# Check keyboard cable connection on back of control board.4# If all the cable connection is good then you may need to replace the control board.

Typically this means you have sucked a bunch of air into the internal tank, from a vehicle that had a leak perhaps ?. Remove the front cover and locate the internal tank. Close the valve on the center hose connection, remove the hose and open the valve slowly and only partially. You should get a good rush of air (not refrigerant). Try it for about 30 seconds then reset the unit. Repeat if required until unit resets. Once reset the unit will purge its self to the correct pressure.
No rush of air ?, could be a bad high pressure switch, connections on the relay board or a wiring issue. If this doesn't work contact me [email protected]
Please check Charging solenoid (S3) in Solenoid manifold block, it may need to change solenoid coil or Rebuild. If charging solenoid is OK, then problem can be SCALE or MAIN CIRCUIT BOARD. See if the machine display show default charging weight 90 kg/lbs when you active CHARGE mode. If not then calibrate scale. But if default charging weight is shown then replace MAIN CIRCUIT BOARD.
