Reset the treadmills, disconnect the power for 30 seg. or reset the small switch to the side of power button. and try again. However you must RUN the software calibration for e11. and fix it go to the HOOD cover motor, and follow the steps . God bless you
this a problem with the elevation motor. You are working with the treadmill without put in level. You need LUBE the gear+shaft see the picture. But most importante adjust the POTENTIOMETER a little see the diagram attached. God bless you
