Play cell phone videos sent by Apple I phones, unable to open on computer

plug it in to your computer, open devices option on your computer, drag and drop. If you are using an apple phone, open up itunes, drag the media in the video or music (whichever one it is) then sync it.

they will play fine if you download Apple's Quicktime to play them back. For some reason Windows media player wont let the sound work. Your phone seem to not support .MP4 format. If this file was sent to you in a text message then you will not be able to open this file on your cellphone. Now if you added this file to your phone from your computer try to format the file to your phones accepted file formats.

it is a nice phone it supports only MP3 and WMA Songs....and 3gp media .....when u download a video it always comes in flv which it wont support in your phone....so if you got a computer.... you need to download a video convert like Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate 6 and you will get the registration key in youtube i got ths one....convert the media into 3gp and then transfer it your and i am sure it will work

So, ensure the videos you got from other phone are in right format for playing. If not, you could try this Daniusoft video converter to convert various video even HD videos(.MKV/.M2TS/.Tp) to Droid Eri-friendly format ...

go to your window media player on the home ribbon it will say now playing, play list, etc plug your i phone up to your computer. go to the settings on your phone then it will say connection turn it music sync, then open your media player up again then press the sync button. i am not familiar with apple computers so if you have an apple computer sorry i can not help you . hope this was some help to you.
