WHAT IS THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF A 14 BY 70 MOBILE HOME.

Hi Sharee:
The square footage is 14 times 70 equals 980 square feet.
That would be the Floor Area.
Air conditioners sometimes need to know the building volume so if you have 8 ft ceilings you would multiple 980 by 8 to get 7,840 CUBIC FEET.
Air exchange is typically are rated at cubic feet per minute and required as "specified Air Changes per Hour.
An example for your trailer would be 1/2 air change per hour required per building code. 7,840 times 1/2 equals 3920 cubic feet per hour. Divide that by 60 to get 65 cubic feet per minute.
That would be the minimum air change capacity for your air conditioner if it was also providing required ventilation.

Knots and mIles Wichita is longer

Neither.
Mile is a unit of length. Knot is a unit of speed, equivalent to one nautical mile per hour.
If you're asking which is longer, a statue mile or a nautical mile, then the answer is a nautical mile. A statue mile is 5280 feet. A nautical mile is about about 6076 feet.

How would you convert 40.32 km/hr to m/sec

There are 1000 m in a km and 3600 sec in an hr. Thus, multiplying 40.32 km/hr by 1000 m/km gives 40320 m/hr. Dividing this by 3600 sec/hr gives 11.2 m/sec.

Of course, the two operations can be done in the other order.

Some calculators have unit conversions built-in. Without knowing the make and model of your calculator, I can't tell you whether yours does so or not, let alone tell you the keystroke sequence to do it.

How do I convert 88ft/sec to mph?

It's a simple problem in dimensional analysis. There's 5280 feet in a mile and 3600 seconds in an hour.

(88 ft / sec) * (1 mi / 5280 ft) * (3600 sec / hr) = (60 mi / hr)

Or you can use the calculator's unit conversion facilities.

8 8 2nd [CONV] then select "SPEED" then "ft/s" then "mi/hr".
