Repair parts still available?

seems like you have to replace the control/touch panel module of the oven.

It may be as simple as a cleaning of the "zebra strip" and adjacent surfaces, as shown in the similar model's diagram below.

The brain is basically just an extremely simple timer and processor - it can't be repaired, when it fails it fails for good.
The entire control board will have to be replaced and the only ones that have it are the dealers - you will have to contact the closest for it. The cost (without shipping) will be less than $125.
The procedure to install it is very simple: you unplug the unit from the mains and wait one hour for the unit to reach room temperature, you open the back cover (just some screws to take out), you locate the board, pull out the wire contacts, then take out the 4 securing screws and pop out the board. Put the new one in and follow the process in reverse.
