My SPF3470/G7 frame does not turn on. It has been on constantly for 3 weeks and now it does not turn on at all.

First check to make sure the power plug is firmly seated in the frame. Verify the power cable is plugged into a working outlet. If the outlet is good, the cable fully inserted and the frame fails to turn on the power supply itself is faulty. New supplies can be found on ebay amongst other places.

On off not functioning Kodak appears for < 1 sec and then black. properly charged.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Turn the frame off.
2. Unplug the power cable from the wall outlet.
3. Remove any memory card or flash disk from the frame.
4. Connect the power cable directly to a wall outlet.
5. Turn the frame on.
6. Use a paper clip to press the button inside the pinhole on the back of the frame.

If after trying the above steps and the frame still have the same problem, then we need

Your frame will be repaired per warranty guidelines. A product is warranted for 1 year from the date-of-purchase. For an In-Warranty repair, a “Proof-of-Purchase” is required. If the repair center finds any customer induced damaged, the warranty will be voided and you will receive a notification from the repair center in such cases.

Is there anyway to make the power outlets HOT all

Well, yes, you could wire the outlets independently. Find hot power, fuse it, dicsonnect outlets from the wiring harness, and hook up your independent hot power source.

If you do not disconnect from the wiring harness, you can inadvertantly power other stuff.

I have an old maytag electric dryer model #DE608 that has a three wire cord. I moved into a new home with a four hole dryer outlet. Can I switch the dryer electrical line from the existing three wire to a...

Dryers come with a wire or metal strap connecting the center "neutral" terminal to the frame of the dryer. When using a four wire power cord, take that wire or strap off the frame. (it can be discarded or better yet, in case this dryer needs to ever be converted back to a three wire cord) connect the frame end of the wire / strap to the center terminal of the power block. Now, Green (ground) wire goes to the dryer frame, White (neutral) goes to the center terminal, and the Red and Black (both "hot") wires go to either outside terminal. (one to each)

Frame will not power up or start.

The power adapters for the SP15MW's burn out very quickly so every thoug you have power in the outlet, it is not getting to the frame. Take the adapter to Radio Shack to have them test the voltage. If it's dead, you need to replace it and then the frame will work.

Maybe unpluged power/ground on plug. take off trim to access back of pwr outlet. It should have grnd wire and hot wire. Test hot wire with a different ground. If it tests ok, relocate ground/run a new one. If it has no power, recheck fuse or run a new hot wire from fuse panel.

Kenmoore refridgator side by side rubber gets hot

If you have a model with an energy saver switch turn the switch on. This reduces the heat to the mullion heater built into the door frame.
The door frame heater is used to prevent moisture from condensing on the seal surface around the door and acts as a thermal break between the outside and temperature inside the refrigerator.
