First we have to manually see if we jump the water valve if there is water then. if yes could be the ice maker bad, if no could be the water valve or you water line is frozen inside the freeezer... whirlpoolpartssurplus.com free tech support
I was trying to give you steps to rule out what may be the cause of you not getting any ice. 1. Check voltage 2. jump the water valve direct that goes to the ice maker and see if there is water in the ice maker.
If you get water when you jump the water valve with 110 volts and it goes into the ice maker then you have a bad ice maker. If you do not get any water when jumping the water valve then the valve may be bad or you could have a block somewhere in-between the water valve and ice maker
you can feel free to call our place... but you check voltage with a voltmeter at the water valve just trace the line from the ice maker to the water valve, you can also get a 110 jumper wire at a hardware store and jump that exact valve.

I don't understand what you are saying.
Where do I jump to check the voltage?
