I have a Miller XMT304 in for repair at the moment and it will run full load (250A) on a load bank for 5 minutes before the fan comes on. By the way the fan is 24v DC. I couldn't be sure but your fan may be similar
Hope this helps.

I nned to understand the set up for this machine to weld aluminum. The manual does not provide this info clear. Can you relay the machine settings?

SOURCE: I have a Miller Syncrowave
Do you mean to say that the other 2 should come on, but are not? Perhaps you are welding using lower settings than before, and the machine just isn't heating up as quickly. Is there a point at which the fans do come on? Say thirty minutes into the job instead of ten? Maybe you were afraid to run it too long without the cooling fans on and so stopped prematurely, before the thermostat turned them on? Check fuses and breakers.
