Question about Goodman CLQ36AR49 Air Conditioner
We have a Goodman AC Unit, model # CKL-30-1L and the pipe running from the unit to the outside brick of the house keeps freezing. My AC was making a weird noise and so I called a repairman who advised me the fan was installed running the incorrect way. He changed the direction of the fan and now the AC keeps freezing up on that small section of the pipe. I have checked the air filter and also replaced the insulation on this 3 foot section of pipe that runs from the unit itself to the outside brick of the house. Under the house, the pipes are not freezing. I am not sure what else to do. Please help!!

The contactor on the outside unit is sticking and must be replaced. The inside unit cycles off and the outside continues to run causing the refrigerant lines to freeze up.
