Try resetting (disconnect and reconnect the power) the modem/router to your system.
Then, if necessary, reset (again, disconnect and reconnect the power) your handsets.
Hope this helps.

hello, Instructions for the first step.
Here are two step by step instructions on how to make use of the Panasonic recoding device below.
Your Panasonic cordless phone system comes with an answering machine that is designed to record messages. Set up your answering machine to your personal preferences so that you can collect messages while you are away from home. Once your answering machine is set up it will work in exactly the way that you prefer it to and you can listen to your messages and return phone calls whenever you get home from work or play.
Instructions for the first step.

SOURCE: Hi I've been trying to
Thanks for visiting FixYa!
Although you refer to the model number of your phone as a Dect 6.0 43-260 I've only been able to locate the instructions for a Dect 6.0 43-259. Hopefully, they are close enough.
This is a link to the Quick Start guide:
This is the link to the User Guide:
The User Guide explains how to record your own personal greeting as follows:
(See Page 50, Recording a Personal Greeting)
Your answering system comes with a pre-recorded outgoing message or
greeting that plays when you receive a call: "Hello, no one is available to take
your call. Please leave a message after the tone." You can record your own
personal outgoing greeting. Your recorded greeting must be between two
seconds and thirty seconds long.
1. On the base, press MENU/SELECT.
2. Select the ANS. SETUP menu, and then the RECORD GREETING sub-menu.
3. RECORD GREETING, START [SELECT] appears. Press MENU/SELECT
to start the recording. Begin recording after the announcement.
The message counter on the base LCD displays "30", and then begins
to count down.
4. When you finish recording, press MENU/SELECT again or press (key and LED (play/stop) . You
will hear a confirmation tone, and your recorded greeting plays back for you.
I hope this helps.
