SOURCE: My TB70SS cranks and runs

There may be an issue with the clutch or the clutch drum. Some disassembly may be required if the string head doesn't spin quickly when accelerating the engine. The clutch itself is threaded onto the crankshaft of the engine near the handle end and the clutch drum is screwed into the end of the crankshaft. If you can disassemble to that point, you will be able to diagnose your clutch problem...maybe it is worn severely and needs replacing.

Clutch doesnt disengage after driving approx 80Kms above 80km/h speed. After given a 2hrs cooling clutch is back to normal state.

Depending on your car or truck...or... You will have either a clutch cable or clutch fluid. Make sure those are correctly adjusted. Your transmission fluid probably should be changed as well.

What is the factory carbuerator settings for ryobi cs30 weed eater

The Walbro WYC-9 only adjustment is the idle speed. This is just slow enough for the trimmer head clutch to disengage.

My chainsaw is idling high

Several reasons for that,
1. Air is getting into saw through leak in manifold
2. Carb idle/rev screw is set too high
3. Carb idle mixture screw is set too weak (uscrew it a tiny bit and check) See my other answer link below for advice on that:
4. Fuel filter in tank is partly blocked reducing fuel flow. They should be changed once a year on a domestic saw, more often on a professional saw.
5. The springs on the clutch are weak allowing it to engage at too low a speed.

Clutch disengageing

From your description (ZX7R), I know it's a Kawasaki ninja zx7r.

HOWEVER, without a YEAR, only generalizations can be given, as things change from year to year.

Loping idle 1995 honda accord occurs when ac is on for a few minutes seems like the compressor clutch is engaging and disengaging it is a nuisance and the air doesnt blow as cold

bad compressor? (seizing) or
or engine is so weak, at idle (lean), that it cant run your compressor.
the reason for the lope is the ECU idle speed controls going crazy.
id say, the ISC is a victim here.

Chainsaw blade turns constantly, even when idling.

If the chain turns on the bar when the saw is at idle, then the idling speed is still too fast. If you turn the idle screw down until the chain stops moving, it should still idle well enough not to stall. The chain should not move at idle.

If you turn the idle screw down until the chain stops and it won't idle, then you have to adjust the low speed carb screw. Odds are if you back off the idling speed until the chain stops moving you'll be fine. The idle screw is usually the one with a spring under it to maintain torsion. Somes the throttle plate, the one with the throttle wire against it, will rest against a screw stop for idle control. This is the easiest adjustment. Just back it out until the plate returns more and the speed will drop.

Make sure it is lubricated and not clogged up with sawdust.

Wheels spinning when starting

The problem is your clutch not the slipper clutch but your clutch that is against your flywheel on the engige,What has happened is that the spring that goes around the clutch shoes has broken or came loose. That causes the clutch shoes to not disengage from the slipper and transmission, therefore when you start the truck it wants to drive forward usually it wont run or idle unless you apply the throttle. Sometimes it will stick in second gear and when you start it you give it throttle to keep it running and it takes off in second at a low idle.To solve this remove the engine and the clutch and i bet you will find that the spring is broke or came off.

If your slipper clutch needs adjusted usually you will apply throttle and all that happens is that your engine rebs up and the truck wont go forward unless you really reb it up and that is not good on the engine.

When revos are 2-3 weeks old it is common for the slipper to need adjusted a 1/4 to 1/2 turn, traxxas keeps them adjusted really loose from the factory that is why a lot of people have trouble trying to pull i wheelie with a revo.

Engine stalls

Sound like the clutch is not disengging. The springs in it are likely week. Take note as to weather the chain stops when it is idleing. If it seem to idle at a reasonable speed and the chain does not stop turning, the clutch is most likely the problem. This problem can be caused by trying to work the saw without the throttle wide open. When the clutch slips it creates heat wich will over heat, and weeken the springs used to disengage the clutch. It is also possible that it was defective when new.
