My mower Cub Cadet GT 1554 stopped moving. I found a plastic thing that looks like abfan on the ground

The transaxle (transmission) has a fan fastened to the drive pulley. It is possible that you belt has jumped off of the pulley on the transaxle and this broke the fan.

I have a 44in Z-force CubCadet-53AA5B6L710 that will not continue to run after the parking brake is let off. I have replaced seat and brake plunger switch. Any other ideas to look at?

Check both safety switches where your steering arms raise they may need to be replaced as well. You can use a jumper wire to bypass them to check if they are the problem.
