How can i connect a timer switch hager EH 010 to three phase DOL startor. the startor is using for 7.5 HP motor

Copy following links for installations:

EH 010 timer is rated 16 amp max.
Typically this timer is connected to 12-14 gauge wire
Typical 3-phase 7.5 Hp motor draws 22 amps at 230volt and probably connected to 30-40 amp breaker and size 10-6 wire.

Timer and wire to timer must be fuse-protected with 15a bus fuse or line fuse or fuse block, and cannot be directly connected to 30-40 amp line.

Hp Laser Jet P2055dn printing black line down the middle

Hello,

The line in the middle of the page is caused by a damaged or worn fusing assembly in the printer. Here is a link to an article showing this issue on the Laserjet 2100 printer and how to replace the fuser unit. Your printer just needs to have the fuser replaced, it is part number RM1-6405 and is available from Amazon

Any size paper we send through the printer comes out with a fine black line on the left side. Printer is p3005x

It is either the fuser or toner cartridge. Try a known good toner cartridge. If this solves the problem, then you have a bad toner cartridge. This can often occur when cartridge is near "end of life".
If this doesn't solve the problem, then most likely it is the fusing assembly. You can also try a "half page" test print. Stop the printing in the middle by opening the toner cartridge access door before the paper reaches the fusing assembly. "No defects" , then I would strongly suspect the fusing assembly. HP is replacing these fusers based on Mfg date. of the printer. Call HP if it is a fusing assembly problem.

When I print something it lifts a line of the ink and prints in further down on the paper so there is a lighter image of that line further down.

This is coming from the fuser unit. You have 2 options. My preference and the option I provide to most of my customers is to just replace the fusing film in your existing unit. You can have this done for around $150
You could have the whole fusing unit replaced with parts and labor running you about $300
Or you could replace the unit yourself if you are mechanically inclined. You can find fusing units at many places on the web at around $200 and should come with replacement instructions.
Either way the problem you describe is a classic fuser film defect on many HP models.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.

I get a vertical black line on my printout, from my HP 1200 laserjet. Can you help?

May b your printer needs some servicing.
The black line may be caused by a faulty or used fusing film or fuser roller.

How to change a fuse in the hp 2800 printer, power up problems

There are 2 fuses inside the power supply unit.

The hard part is getting to the power supply! The power supply is located at the left side of the printer and in the front (the opposite side of the cartridges).
You have to remove the side and top covers.
There are some hidden screws. One is under the button faceplate that you will also have to remove. The entire procedure is tricky especially without a service manual. Unfortunately I couldn’t locate a manual.
Caution always disconnect the power lines and allow some time for capacitors discharge before you attempt any repairs.
I hope you have some luck with yours !!

Fax Line Jamming - Cannot even use household phones

A power surge has come through the phone line, fusing the tiny relay in the modem/fax part of the printer. this is very common. I have also seen where you need to use the HP provided filter/splitter on the phone line to have the fax work correctly.
